SnapClip ("the App") is a Safari Web Extension developed by an independent developer. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your information.
Data Collection
SnapClip does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.
- No analytics or tracking — The App does not use any analytics services, tracking pixels, or telemetry.
- No network requests — The App does not send any data to external servers. All functionality operates entirely on your device.
- No accounts — The App does not require registration, login, or any form of account creation.
- No advertising — The App contains no ads and does not integrate with any advertising networks.
Data Processed Locally
The App processes the following data entirely on your device and never transmits it externally:
- Webpage text — When you tap the "Select All" button, the App reads visible text from the current webpage and copies it to your device's clipboard.
- Webpage images — When you choose to save images, the App downloads images from the current webpage and saves them to your device's Photo Library. Image data is transferred directly from the webpage to your Photo Library with no intermediary server.
- Language preference — Your language choice (English/Chinese) is stored in local storage on your device.
- Button position — The floating button's position on screen is stored in local storage on your device.

If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Since the App collects no data, material changes are unlikely.
