This policy describes how SafariClear (“the App”) handles information when you use the main application, its Safari Web Extension, and its Safari Content Blocker extensions. The App is not affiliated with Apple Inc. Safari is a trademark of Apple Inc.
SafariClear is built so that routine use does not collect, transmit, or sell personal data. Blocking, filtering, settings, and optional counters run on your device. There is no user account, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, and no telemetry in the shipping product described in this repository.
None for marketing, profiling, or resale.
We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or Apple ID. We do not request an advertising identifier for our own purposes.

This container is sandboxed by iOS to your device and is removed when you uninstall the App (subject to iOS backup and system behavior).
Safari applies bundled filter rules locally to web content. Content blockers do not give the App unrestricted access to web pages or browsing history.
The Web Extension may use permissions such as active tab / storage / host access as declared in its manifest solely to:
The “Allow on All Websites” (or equivalent) permission, if presented by iOS for the Web Extension, is used only in-process for those on-device behaviors. We do not upload page content or full browsing history to our servers — the App does not operate such servers for these features.
The App does not open network connections to fetch filter lists or configuration during normal use. Filter data is bundled inside the app binary at release time (from open-source filter projects; see in-app Open Source notices).
Updating filters therefore requires shipping a new version through the App Store (or your chosen distribution channel), not silent remote rule downloads from our infrastructure.
None are invoked by the App for analytics, ads, or crash reporting as described in this policy.
Filter rules are derived from third-party open-source lists that are copied into the app at build time. Using the App does not cause those projects’ servers to receive your browsing data from the App.
Because the App does not intentionally collect personal information, it is suitable for users of any age, including children, from a data-collection standpoint. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising device use.
Where privacy laws grant rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, or objection, we do not maintain a personal dataset about you on our servers for the core behaviors above. You may clear on-device data using in-app controls (for example, “Reset all data”) or by uninstalling the App.
For requests related to App Store purchases or Apple account data, contact Apple as the platform provider.
If practices change materially, we will update this document, revise the “Effective date,” and ship the update with an app release (and/or update the hosted policy URL). Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance as permitted by law.

在常规使用中，本应用不会发起网络请求以下载过滤规则或远程配置。过滤数据在发布时已打包进应用二进制（来源为开源过滤项目；详见应用内「开源许可」说明）。
因此，更新规则需要通过 App Store（或你选择的渠道）发布新版本完成，而非从我们的基础设施静默拉取远程规则。
就本政策所述范围而言，本应用不会调用用于分析、广告或崩溃上报的第三方服务。
过滤规则来自在构建时复制进应用的第三方开源列表；使用本应用不会使这些项目的服务器从你的设备接收浏览数据。
由于本应用不会刻意收集个人信息，从数据收集角度适用于包括儿童在内的各年龄段用户。家长与监护人仍须对未成年人使用设备承担监护责任。
在法律赋予访问、更正、删除、可携带或反对等权利的情况下，就上述核心功能而言，我们不会在自有服务器上保存可识别你个人的数据集。你可通过应用内控制项（例如「重置所有数据」）清除本机数据，或卸载本应用。

若实践发生重大变化，我们将更新本文件、修订「生效日期」，并随应用版本发布（和/或更新托管 URL）。在法律允许范围内，更新后继续使用可能构成对新政的接受。
